App for Expats

Hi everybody ,
We ( Jachthuis Residence NL ) want to create an App for our Expat guests who are arriving at our parc or shared service appartments from all over the world.
I love to hear your comments about the following questions:

What is your most irritating subject that you are confronted with every time you arrive in our country which couls be solved by an App ?

What do you think can speed things up ( like checking in ? ) by using an App ?

Do you think it is usefull to check in up front in the App and create an QR code which you can use when you arrive in NL for various things ( like picking up your car , check in your hotel etc)

Do you use an App at the moment to make things easier for you as an expat ?
