Applying to Vet School

Hi

So I'm about to finish my Bachelors in Biology and I've always wanted to move to Germany so I would like to apply to vet school there. I've had a rough time in my personal life the past few years and it has affected the quality of my grades. I'm wondering if anyone can tell me how and if this will affect my applying ? I don't know how they view grading and if it may be similar to here in the USA where everyone cares about you gre scores and your gpa. Please help!!!!

I also have to find something to enroll in to learn German fluently.

If my gpa will affect my application. How can I go about migrating and then later on applying to study in the field I'm interested in?
