Do you like listening to music?
Do you want to make an important contribution to the science of music?

Researchers at UNSW Sydney (The University of New South Wales, Australia) are seeking volunteer research participants to learn about how music is experienced.

What are the possible benefits to participation?
We hope to use information we get from this research study to better understand the effects of music listening.

What would happen if I took part in the research study?
If you decide to take part in the research study, we will ask you to complete an anonymous online survey.

The survey will ask you general demographic questions such as your age. You will then hear a series of short music excerpts from different genres and will be asked questions about what you think.
The survey will take approximately 20 minutes to complete.

Will I be paid to take part in the research study?
There are no costs associated with participation in this research study, nor will the participant be paid.
