Argentina OR Chile?

Hi, I'm an Australian looking at applying for a working holiday visa in either Argentina or Chile. But I'm torn! Can anyone share their experiences, advice or opinions?

My priorities are friendly locals, warm weather, and vibrant but relaxed location! I'd ideally like to find a paid/unpaid position as a Social Worker, or similar, and stay for one year from November Protected content .
