Assistance to relocate

Hi Guys

I am really struggling to relocate myself and my family out of South Africa, we would like to move to places like Canada, NZ, USA or Australia, basically any place where we can ensure a better future for our kids.
The problem we are experiencing is that most places you first need to find a job with an employer willing to sponsor you and that has been an almost impossible ask.
Do any of you perhaps have some advise or contact persons that will be able to assist with this endeavor?
