Australia Vacation Policy

Hello everyone, i'm new here..not sure if i'm posting on the right forum.

I know the minimum vacation days an employee is entitled in Australia is 20 business days (4 weeks)

How many years of experience do you need to get 5 weeks of vacation?

If you're from Canada and moving to Australia for a promotion within the company, shouldn't you be entitled for more than 4 weeks of vacation if you have worked in the company for more than 5 years (5 years in the same company, but in Canada), since four weeks is standard/basic for a new employee?
