BOWL-FOR-A-CAUSE FOR THE HAIYAN TYPHOON SURVIVORS

Dear IN members,

Philippines was devastated by the recent super typhoon YOLANDA (international code name: Haiyan), considered the strongest typhoon in the world for Protected content . Our fellow Filipinos especially from the Visayas Region lost hundreds of lives and the others were left homeless.

We wanted to extend our help and to support our affected fellowmen. The Pinoy Bowlers of Oman and in cooperation with Oman Bowling Center Management has arranged a “Bowl-for-a-Cause” on Saturday, 16th November Protected content 6:00PM at the Oman Bowling Center….and EVERYONE is welcome to join.

We know that there is no race, belief nor religion that limits us in helping the needy.

Entry fee will be R.O. 6/- (inclusive of 3 games). Top three Protected content will be awarded with a trophy.

NOTE that we will NOT be giving cash prizes since ALL the proceeds will be sent directly either to the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD), Philippine Red Cross or to other reputable charity institution. Remittance receipt will be emailed and posted at our PBO Bulletin Board, for your information.

Also, we will be happy to accept all kinds of donations. A donation drop-box will be set at the Oman Bowling Center (Opposite Muscat Holidays Hotel, Al Khuwair). You can donate any non-perishable goods or clothing or other relief goods to cover their basic needs.

To those who may not be able to play but wishes to donate cash, you may proceed to the OBC counter and approach Mr. Allan Tianes, OBC Supervisor or drop your donations in the designated donation box for the Typhoon Victims.
