Brazilians living in India??

Hi, i am planing a second trip to India, now starting from New Deli, and i wished to get in contact with Brazilians living in the area (or not!) in order to change ideas. I need tips especially about the transportation. I´ve been reading a lot, and i could not figure out what is really safe, buses or trains. Also the booking seems to be so complicated.....
