Bursa, Turkey

Hi folks. Can anyone give me good advise on where to stay in Bursa in July? The problem is that I need to find a flexible solution because I might stay a few days, then take a trip to the Black Sea and come back again to Bursa.
Also, is Yenisehir airport close to Bursa? I'm flying from Antalya and I know that Anadolu airlines is operating flights to Bursa thorugh Ankara. Is it worthwhile, or is it better to fly to Sabiha Gokçen and take a bus to Bursa? Thank you so much for any help you can give me. Annamaria
