Can I work for a UK company but live in Vilnius?

I currently live and work in the UK and have UK financial commitments which mean I could not live on a Lithuanian salary. Does anyone know is it possible to live in Lithuania but still work for a UK company, i.e. work from home and be a tax resident of Lithuania but be employed and paid by a UK company?
