Can someone recommend accomodation in Cabo San Lucas?

Hi,
I am planning a week long vacation in Cabo San Lucas this fall/ winter.
Can anyone recommend a hotel/ resort/ time share over there? I have never been in this area. I am planning to do some diving and hiking but otherwise just relax and enjoy the amenities of the place where I am staying.
Any ideas?! :-) Please let me know.
