Can we marry in UK?

Hello everybody I am a new member this is my first post.
I met my fiancé in may Protected content working together on an offshore construction ship. In December she returned to the Philippines to oversee the construction of her house. I have continued to work in the same ship. In June of this year we got engaged. At first on my time off I was going to Manila for us to be together. In March she got a 6 month visa and spent April in UK when that expired we got the 2 year tourist visa and she has spent last 4 weeks here before I return to work. Her annulment in Philippines has taken since Protected content is still not yet completed. We are wanting to marry and for her to locate here. I have been informed we can marry legally here then apply for her divorce in Manila from UK but I can’t find any information to back this up? Does anybody have any advice on what we can do? Tia
