Canada or USA drivers license

Hi all, I'm wondering if anyone knows if it is possible to transfer an Australian drivers license to either a Canadian or US license, as I have an Aussie car, truck & M-bike license & don't want to go through the hassle of getting each one again. I know a Canadian license transfers directly to US no problem, but I'm not sure if there is a US State which recognizes or reciprocates for Australian licenses?
