Carbon taxing and impact of Biofuel as an alternative energy..

Taxing on Carbon emissions seems to has a positive impact on efforts of regulating Green House Effect.. Biofuel has also started to play a pivotal role as an alternative mode of energy since its zero Carbon emission or comparatively less impact on the environment. Plantation of suger canes, palm and soybean and other crops those used to make biofules aquire thousands of hectares of fertile lands which could be used for food production world wide. Millions of people especially in the African region struggle for hunger and UN statistics reveal that 37 countries in the world now facing food shortage crisis. I doubt that we haven't yet maximize the utilization of natural sources, for instance, solar, geothermal, wind, tidal wawes and etc as major alternatives. So what we can do and how should we inflence for sustainbility?
