OPERATIONS MANAGER-BUSINESS RISK CONSULTING
Our client is an independent, business risk consultancy with 18 offices worldwide and a diverse team of consultants who are experts in their respective fields. They provide advice and services that enable corporate, governmental and non-governmental clients worldwide to accelerate opportunities and to manage strategic and operational business risks.
The firm is currently growing its business in Mexico, Central America and the Caribbean Region, and has an opening for an Operations Manager in its Mexico office. The Operations Manager position reports to the General Manager and has the following responsibilities:
? Overall management (including full P&L) of the crisis and security consulting area in the Mexico, Central America and Caribbean region.
? Manager plays a key role in business development throughout the region, ensuring the team of consultants effectively address key business issues of their client base.
? Development of their consulting team, including recruiting, performance management and training.
? Candidates must be completely fluent in English and Spanish, bring effective commercial awareness, proven people management skills, P&L experience, (business) consultancy background, project management skills, be enthusiastic and results driven.
? College degree minimum; advanced degree (MBA or JD) preferred.
