Cayman Island

Hello people;

Next month I'll be in Miami to meet my family, I'm interested in traveling to Cayman Island for 4 days...does anybody know where to go or to spend some days in? Is it better hotel or bungalow? Where to eat and what to do instead of staying hours and hours on the beach to burn the skin? So...what to do and what not to do...and very important: where to rent a motorbike or small car
If somebody can help me with some suggestion I'd be glad
