CELTA or Trinity certification to teach ESL

Hi Everyone,
Does anyone have experience in getting one of these certifications? From my research they seem to be the best choice. However I'd have to quit my fulltime job and go into a lot of debt to get them. Is it worth it once I start looking overseas?
