Colombia's Peace treaty is it going to work?

Some reasons that people might not know, the FARC one of the oldest Guerilla/terrorist in the country.
Is it worth it to give them no jail time, politic roles in the Government and worst of all amnisty? after they have terrorized the country, destroyed national properties, kidnapped, ilegal drug traffic and killed many citizens, forced children under 18 to go to war, threaten their families. So what is the difference with the other terrorist groups around the world? So if you were voting today what would it be?
