Conflict cost controlling

Effective conflict management/ controlling in the workplace has become an increasing challenge for many. In the context of a European Masters in Mediation, I have recently finished a thesis entitled "Measuring and reducing the cost of conflict at UNHCR, the business case of conflict management*. I would be interested to hear from others who have engaged in conflict cost management/ controlling.
