Conflict management in international teams

Hello everybody,

I am currently working on a paper which deals with the topic “Conflict management in international projects and teams”.
I would thus like to know from you which international conflicts you have experienced. Second, I would like to know which topics and problems you consider as most important to be covered in a training which intends to avoid such conflicts. What would your expectations of such a training look like? What should be the outcome of such a training?
