Countries acting to deport violent Muslims

Interesting article going around the internet quoting Dutch MP Machiel De Graaf who allegedly spoke on behalf of the Party for Freedom saying, “Without Islam, the Netherlands would be a wonderful safe country to live in, as it was before the arrival of Muslim refugees”.

Who is this MP Machiel De Graaf? What's the reaction of his constituency?

Why has Japan always refused Muslims to live permanently in its country and prohibits them from owning any real estate or any type of businesses, and has banned any worship of Islam. Any Muslim tourist caught spreading the word of Islam will be deported immediately, including all family members. Are the Japanese on to something? They may have lost the war, but they don't seem to have lost their senses, no? Anyone living in Japan who can verify this?
