Course ideas for future teacher/expat

Hi, my name is Ruth. I am currently going to college with the plan to teach EFL(English as a Foreign Language) to support myself when I leave the US.

I am hoping for advice on what classes would be of practical assistance for my intended career. Currently I am taking mainly English, Geography and some Sociology classes.

Useful info could also be in the line of extracurricular activities.
