Hello, I ordered something online for personal use, which was shipped from the US. I received an invoice that amounts to almost 30% of the price of the item I bought. I am bit shocked. Is this normal? I always thought items for personal use are tax free.
Has anyone had this experience? Is this a mistake? Does anyone know someone I can ask for help with this? Like a clearance agent? (I have heard of them)
