Cyber crime solution; which approach works best?

Cyber crime is a global disease that requires a global approach as it affects all of us and our business. Instead of accusing a country or a set of countries, a person or a set of persons, we should focus on working together via information gathering, sharing and management and via education. This will go along way to reduce its spread if not eradicate it. We need a global stage, global voice and global approach to tackle a global disease. What do you think?
