Divorced women in Old Soviet union countries

Hi

My friends I am in Armenia and Georgia from the last one year and I saw maximum women single mom..and its very common here and also in other old soviet union countries.. I am trying to find reason who is on fault...women ...men ...culture...or....Government..education....why in this region peoples not believe on family...any clue ???
