Does your town/city have a Chief Happiness Officer

Where does "responsibility for happiness" rest in your city ?

With the international day of happiness coming in Protected content , I am keen to understand where the responsibility for happiness sits within the city.... ?

Since Happiness is now going mainstream... I believe each city should have a "responsible person" where the buck stops... and one that is interested in coordinating activites for the day of happiness, and each day :-)

What do you think, and can you name and CHOs ? Its a title that is gaining more traction right now....
