For the discerning, my luxury 4bdr/4bath villa is for rent from mid-August, as I can't spend whole summer there this year.

This is an ideal retreat for very discerning travellers seeking a quiet, relaxing sea-side holiday; for one or two families with children or a group of friends, who want to spend quality time together in the privacy of a high-end luxury stylish private villa - the open space living / dining / kitchen / terrace area on the ground floor is perfect for socialising / dining / preparing meals together.
The villa is well-placed for sea-lovers - they can benefit from enjoying the clean crystal-clear turquoise-coloured seawater of the Adriatic Sea (part of the Mediterranean sea) that this patch of the world has been blessed with, for swimming, snorkelling and kayaking around the bay. The villa is also a great base from which guests can explore Dubrovnik (Lord Byron baptised Dubrovnik 'the pearl of the Adriatic' because of its incomparable architectural heritage), surrounding islands and the beautiful nature. 3km away by the sea is one of Croatia’s best restaurants - in which royalty (e.g. Princess Caroline of Monaco) and the international celebrity jet-set (e.g. Bono of U2) tend to have a meal when they are around in the area...
