Establishing a healthy organisational culture.
I have recently launched a project at Protected content , the key driver of which is education and certification for networkers, virtual knowledge workers and any company who understands the worth of a high integrity workforce.
Whilst individuals need to work at building a robust reputation, businesses need to step up and proactively provide education and training internally to managers who are responsible directly for training the staff in the culture of the company. Corporate culture is very powerful in brand management and it behooves every organisation to take very seriously the congruency of brand and culture which will spring from the mindset of every employee if well managed.
