Euro Crisis

Hello altogether. Something is on my mind for several days. What happens to the Euro, will the Euro zone split and what will the impact on our Bank accounts. Will this have a positive or negative influence on the USD/Euro exchange rate? If you had to take a job offer right now would you want to get you money in Euro or USD. What are the benefits/risks.
