Global HR comprises the areas of Talent Management, Talent Development and Organizational Development.
In specific, the Talent Management team is responsible for Talent Management, Reward, Engagement and HR Data management and analytics.
This position reports to the Global Talent Management Director and will be responsible for the management of all global reward programs including variable pay ( Short Term Incentive), stock options ( Long Term Incentive) and Global Sales Incentives. In addition this position is the process owner for Mercer remuneration surveys and Job Leveling as well as HC reporting and analysis using the Campari HRIS. With regards to HC analytics this role will work closely with Global Organization Development as well as Global FP&A, according to the integrated financial planning model and calendar of Gruppo Campari
Key Responsibilities & Duties
Job leveling: maintenance of Global Leveling system (annual system alignment and punctual calibration)
Remuneration Surveys and Salary Review: coordination of annual survey participation (which includes assisting with job matching, data collection, and reviewing results) and support to local HR when submitting annual surveys; direct responsibility of compensation data management through the HR system (set-up, user support, analysis and reporting)
Variable Pay: annual preparation of HR system in order to support global variable pay programs (STI, Sales Incentives, etc.). Support to local HR when using the HR system
LTI: support the Global TM director in the execution of the LTI program
Across all matters: assist with ad-hoc compensation-related inquiries and analyses from local HR, assist with the administration and maintenance of compensation plans (STI, SI, LTI), assist with the annual planning, preparation, and communication of compensation processes.
HR Data Management
Responsible of running monthly HC reporting and analysis (reporting, training and communication to HR users, when required)
Assist with data reconciliation and audits
Talent Management & Engagement
Support the TM Director in the tactical delivery of key projects across multiple locations (in the areas of International Mobility, Employee Engagement, etc.)
Prepare analysis, generating reports, providing support to the HR global team in the measurement and monitoring of key HR deliverables and metrics
University qualified (preferably HR or Business Management),
a minimum of 8+ of experience in the management of compensation programs and implementing HRM systems within a global business environment. Specific and relevant experience with all elements of domestic and international broad-based compensation programs is a plus.

Advanced skills in MS Office Excel, Word and PPT
