Expat Tax Implications - help

Hello - my wife and I are new to Internations - we have an opportunity to relocate our family to EMEA (UK, Belgium or the Netherlands) and I am in need of advice regarding the tax implications. As a US Citizen I will have to pay taxes here (although there is a foreign income exclusion I believe) and pay taxes in the country where we reside, I am looking for advice or people I can contact who can help me model what it will cost to live so I can be better prepared for what to ask for in terms of compensation.

If anyone has experience or can point me in a direction of someone to contact it would be great.
