Extremely Strong Euro - Good and Bad Implications

Hey everyone,
concerning the steadily strengthening Euro, which recently has been: 1.60 USD for 1 €
I have two questions for you:
1) Who profits and why?
2) Who loses out and why?
Just wondering... I see the positive effects for American companies, obviously people are buying "cheap" stuff from the US. What are the effects for European products? Are there only negative effects concerning exporting goods? What about other countries with neither USD or € as currency?
