Fantastic House For Rent - Absolute Bargain

I am vacating my house down Boyd Place ( Colombo Protected content , fantastic location as it's close to all the 5 star hotels, major supermarkets, restaurants, pubs & clubs etc. It’s also in a very safe and secure location with high security ( behind President’s house ) so you don’t need to worry about intruders and buglers etc.

It's a large 4 bed room X 3 bathrooms house with + another separate large room for domestic aides.

Whole house is fully air conditioned. House also comes with a washing machine, hot water etc. As the fridge was old, I did buy my own new fridge which I am taking. The owner will be happy to throw in a double door new fridge too.

The other major attraction is house got a stand by 24/ 7 auto on / off generator + security gate. In case of a power-cut or blackout you will have auto electricity which I view as a major plus.

I plan to vacate 10th of July Protected content I am moving to Malaysia.

The house can park 2 cars & got a remote control garage opening key.

The house per say is old colonial house with old charm which I really like.

The owners are in Italy, nice people ( Sri Lankan lady married to an Italian an Ex UN people ) and only wants to rent the house to either expatriates or very reliable professionals.

I was paying Rs 90,000 per month which is an absolute bargain as for small apartments people tend to ask this much.
