God or mentor, what you like?

The omnipresent God is never present when you need him .The copy cat cheap substitutes are there in religion,and holy books.For surviving the pitfalls of life we need guidance but parents and friends are of no help because they have the baggage of ego and vested interest of familiarity.Self help books for dummies are of no help because no body ever spoke a foreign language or could cook learning from a language or cook book .We need real life multiple mentors for different subjects like,education,sex, finance,social skill etc. They should not be permanent because we need mentors of different age group for our different stage of life.
Not news paper but social media friends and connections could be a good source of mentors. A good mentor is a good modern day Guru.
