Gnh is measured in bhutan, at a national level, and other countries are looking to follow... How should .could this be handled at a global level, and what should the role of global chief happiness officer be, responsible for the happiness of all people in the world ?

I know this flies in the face of al the other streams covering less positive news at the moment, but well, we have to start with a dream, oder?
