One of the things on my travel bucket list is that I'd like to go on a truffle hunt and watch pigs find those fantastic things that I taste every time I pour truffle oil on my rice. It seems a thing of magic that they're able to detect them underground.
Someone in all the thousands of people in Internations MUST have been on a truffle hunt. Please share that experience, along with whatever suggestions you can make. Is truffle hunting something that farmers keep secret or can you tag along as they go looking for them?
