HELP: Looking for Communication Training programme

Hi all, I studied North America Studies and Communication and Media Studies in Berlin and Berkeley, Calif., after my graduation as a M.A. (Master of Arts) I started working as a journalist and trainer. I have been training people esp. employees in the health care sector for two years now giving theoretical and practical solutions on b2b and b2c communication and I am seeking to aquire an additional international certifictation as a trainer. As I like the CAN Do attitude of the anglo-american business community, can anyone recommend me English speaking programmes I can attend preferably (other recommendations are still welcome) in the U.S. or Switzerland?
