Help on Scooter repair?

Anyone know of someone who can visit and repair electric scooters? I don't feel like pushing mine all the way to a shop, as well as, I'm not completely sure what is wrong with it. I have already asked the local shops I know of (Dongzhimen) and they only "sell" scooters, not repair them. Any help would be great, thank you!
