Hotel in Kerala

Hello all,
My friend in UK has a 14 bed hotel along with some other smaller properties, land there to build also.
We are looking into ways to change things /create a place for all, something different, looking for interested persons for ideas or to become involved ,in the changing or creating small business's with a view to creating jobs also. any ideas ??
