how can i find a work aboard?

I am planing to work aboard after having my master degree in risk management, i prefer Asia, but for first experience anywhere is good.
i am working to improving my profile, by improving my languages, working in my hobbies, learning more work methods, and professional skills. i have a experience at study aboard for two years.

i have two questions,
-what do i need more to be more compatible to find a job aboard?
-and because i am new graduate, is their a country where i have more probability to find a work on it?
