How do you handle your private life with your work

My work needs me to travel around and half of my time in China, the other half in Kenya. I'm very glad to join this site so I can make friends anywhere. But the question is I'm not stable living in one place, how can I find my life partner?
I would like to hear your opinion since all of us are living abroad or having the experiences. I have a 4 years old daughter, I divorced with her father when she was 2.5, she lived with me in Kenya and we will go there this December.
I don't want to live alone, I'm so eager to build up my family, but I just don't see the way forward.
