Today is World Veggie Day and I just read a meaning making article saying that a healthy nutrition requires 2 hours spent in the kitchen. Daily.
Now add 6+ hours sleep . . . and 1/3 of your day is . . .
In some cultures it's still normal that the food organizer gets up before everybody else to prepare breakfast. After breakfast already starts preparing lunch . . . after lunch goes out shopping . . . what ? . . . FOOD of course and the return home to prepare dinner.
