How to find a job in dubai

Hello. I am a south african looking to relocate to dubai. I know that there are many south african expats in dubai and I would like to know what's the easiest way to find a job. I have a Bcom Accounting degree. Should I use a recruitment agency whilst in south africa. Or is it possible to go to dubai on a tourist visa to search for a job. Any tips from fellow south africans would be great. Thanks
