How to Get in German Market?

Hello All!

I am currently living in Spain and have a study visa. I have a professional experience of around 5 years. But unfortunately am stuck now and am without a job. I am really very much interested in entering the German Job Market. I have tried to apply online to many vacancies but always got an automated reply of refusal. Can anyone tell me how one can get in the market? like to get in the university program first and then apply for jobs there? I have a finance and technology(SAP) background. and currently learning coding languages so that I can make my career in Data analysts etc.
