how to get rid of spam msg related to sex-drugs?

Dear all,

In the last Protected content I have been completely overwhelmed by grosse messages piling up in my spam folder and do not know how to block them. Without opening them, I only delete them every morning when I open my computer. I also use inPrivate browsing which was supposed to give me some protection.

I ckecked some solutions from the other people having the same issue but it seems nothing really works permanently.

What can I do to protect my computer and my inbox?

Where do I go wrong when I use websites?
