How to manage friends that finds love and leave u?

It occurred to me that my friends turn to show Little or No concern because He/She is now in love. Anyone has an idea how to deal with friends like this. Should I let them be or should I keep pushing even after 3 to 5 turn down because they are busy with New boyfriend/girlfriend.
