I am studying a PhD at Newcastle Business School. I am running my doctoral research about Asian self-initiated expatriates working and living in the western country.

The aim of this research is to investigate the motivational factors influencing Asian's decision of moving abroad and to explore their experience in the west.

My research will be conducted either by an e-mail interview or internet phone call.
