Day 1:
Miami to Havana: Pick up at the airport. Enjoy a welcome cocktail hour at your accommodation before
your first hour tour in a classic car and authentic culinary experience with a traditional Cuban dinner at a
local paladar.
Day 2:

Coral Beach: This is the closest place from Varadero to enjoy good shore-snorkeling and see a large
variety of fish and corals. Playa Coral is located on the old coastal road approximately 15 km (9.3 mi)
west of Varadero on the way to Matanzas.
Cueva de saturno: This natural wonder is located about 20 km Protected content west of Varadero. This big
opening in the ground (cenote) is filled with fresh crystal clear water. You can swim of snorkel to see the
beautiful stalactites and stalagmites formations, fish, and blind shrimps. Scuba divers can also enjoy 2
galleries that reach a depth of 20 meters.
Mirador de Bacunayagua (Bacunayagua lookout): The Mirador de Bacunayagua has become the most
popular stopover when traveling between Havana and Varadero.
This lookout is located on the main road (called Via Blanca) between Varadero and Havana. From the
mirador you can see the Bacunayagua Bridge crossing a deep canyon over the splendid Yumuri valley;
it’s the highest bridge in Cuba, Protected content Protected content above the valley floor. The bridge used to divide
the Havana and Matanzas provinces, but after the reorganisation of the provinces in Protected content , it now divides
the Matanzas province and the new Mayabeque province.
Day 3:
Head downtown to tour a cigar factory to learn and watch the historical process of selecting tobacco, the
art of rolling the perfect cigar, and the strict quality control that leads to the manufacturing of what one
may consider the best cigars in the world. Rom’s museum, Callejon de Hamel Art Project led by world
renowned Cuban artist Salvador Gonzalez, Hemingway’s home at Finca Vigia, where the author wrote
For Whom the Bell Tolls and The Old Man and the Sea.. After lunch, the tour continues towards Plaza
de la Revolucion and Colon Cemetery, the most important burial ground in the Caribbean
Day 4:
Spend the morning enjoying the local arts and crafts of the region at the San Jose’s market. Afternoon
by your own. Meet at 8pm to leave to the morro Cabana The 9 o’clock cannon is fired from the ancient
Fortress of San Carlos de Cabana. From here, the Cuba explorer will find that they are able to enjoy a
truly magnificent landscape view of the city. The firing of the cannon takes place at exactly 9 p.m., as it
has for hundreds of years.
Day 5:
After breakfast, bid farewell to Cuba as you board your flight home.
