India - Ayurvedic retreats?

Hi All - I am planning a trip to India, and am looking for some suggestions for Ayurvedic retreats in Goa or Kerala. Ideally, a 5-day time period would be ideal. The resort does not have to be a "5-star" place or anything, but it should have good doctors/assistants that are credible in their work.

If anyone has any comments/suggestions, please let me know!
