International money transfers in EUR

Hi All, Does anyone know what is the best way to transfer money overseas without currency exchange? I'm particularly interested in sending money to EUR account in Hong Kong from Germany (EUR). The bank transfers are quite expensive and most money transfer companies would always like to make the currency exchange. All help is highly appreciated. Many thanks in advance!
